1. Do I need to book?
Bookings are not required for groups of 10 people or less. If you are a group of more than 10 people please contact us at xxxx so we can discuss your booking.
2. Can I pay by credit/debit card?
No, all activity payments must be in cash in ฿ (Thai Baht). Payment by credit/debit card is NOT accepted. Please note, there is no ATM at the Foundation so please bring cash with you.

4. When is your Education activity available?
Our education activity was set up and us run by our Volunteers. Our Volunteers are usually available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
5. How far is the Foundation from Hua Hin?
The Foundation is situated in Hen Lek Fai, approximately 20 minutes from the Hua Hin Clock Tower.
6. Do you offer a pick-up and drop off service?
The Foundation does not offer this service. Please speak to your receptionist at your accommodation to arrange a taxi. Alternatively, you can book a taxi via an app such as Grab. Our staff will be happy to arrange a taxi to take you back into Hua Hin if required.
7. Is the Foundation open every day?
Yes, the Foundation operates 365 days per year. Occasionally the Foundation will be closed but this will be publicised in advance on our web site.
8. Is the Foundation still open if it is raining?
Yes, our elephant family loves the rain!
9. What do I need to bring with me?
Insect repellent, sunglasses, hat, comfortable shoes e.g. trainers are ideal, camera/smart phone. We will provide you with free drinking water.
10. Can I carry a rucksack or backpack on the walk with the elephants?
We recommend against this, purely for safety reasons. As you will be walking with an elephant there is a danger the elephant may grab your bag with their trunk as they think it contains food. If you have any medical, or other need, to carry urgent items on the walk, please notify the staff on arrival.
11. Can I use a drone at the Foundation?
No, drones are strictly forbidden as they scare our elephants which could result in danger for our visitors, team, and of course, our elephants.
