Every Year Thai people celerbrate the Bithday of all Thai Elepants.
A party was recently held at the Hutsadin Elephant Foundation in Hua Hin, Thailand.
ELEPHANT BIRTHDAY CAKE
Preparation time 3 hours
INGREDIENTS
2 trucks of banana trunks.
1 truck sugar cane.
1 truck of pineapple plants.
1 truck of pineapples.
1 truck bananas.
Mango’s, water melons and coconuts to decorate.
METHOD
First line your cake tin with half the banana trunks.
Then fill centre with layers of sugar cane, pineapple plants and banana trunk.
Top with a thick layer of Pineapples.
Carefully balance huge stalks of bananas (ensuring that each elephant has one each).
Scatter the watermelons, mangos and coconuts artistically over the top.
Leave to settle overnight.
